We achieve this by serving only fresh food, we freeze nothing other than the chocolate and chilli ice cream which we also make ourselves from fresh. The restaurant is situated on the 1st floor and is a light airy space in the daytime, but as the night falls the mood changes with the mixture of warm candle light and the glow from the open kitchen combined with the bustle from our chefs as they prepare and cook the days special gourmet delights. In the daytime meals can be served in the bar area on the ground floor or when the weather is being very kind to us and the sun is shining then Bacchanalia has a large amount of tables outside on chapel walks where al fresco dining allows you to soak up the fresh air and indulge in a spot of people watching on one of Manchester’s busiest thoroughfares.
