Bacchanalia is well situated for shoppers and business-folk alike, turning into a busy night-time venue for dinner and drinks. Downstairs is predominantly a bar, with our bartenders serving cocktails and a selection of wines that Baccus would be proud of. Upstairs is the 'non-smoking' restaurant with an open planned kitchen. Bacchanalia is the brain child of Jon Derbyshire & Neil Smith who have been working in this industry for over 20 years between them. Jon served his apprenticeship at TGI Fridays as a Master bartender then went on to work for Living Ventures as a valued member of The Living Room concept in Manchester. Neil's background has always been management. Neil's first position was at TGI Fridays as an Assistant General Manager, he later went on to work for Living Ventures as a General Manager in some of the busiest Living Room units.
